gggottaa impress this boy i've got my eyes on. that means major cardio. gotta get my ass into shape. im praying that this is my motivation to stay on track. i've been so bad maintaning a healthy lifestyle. no more of that ! and i need your girls' help badly to keep my focused :) i also have a school dance in less thana month. hopefully i can drop 10lbs. ugh, i can only hope. wish me luck. update tomrrow and day one bitches.
my plan: - eat about 1,000 calories a day - take 1 hour and exercise. - drink 8+ glasses of water a day - strength train 3x times per week. - always, always, always update this.
